The SmartStreets Hub aggregates data related to traffic and highway maintenance, and provides application developers access to the data through a set of open APIs. The hub is built upon the Web of Things Toolkit (WoTKit), which is a web-centric toolkit that helps organizations manage sensors and actuators to collect, aggregate, store and process sensor data and react to changes in the physical and virtual world.
